ジオラマ作りにはまっていたころの作品です。以前作成したものの公開していなかった作品です。新しいものを作るチャンスは減ると思いますが、ご笑覧ください。

今では日本グランプリと言えば、普通日本で開催されるF1グランプリを意味しますが、1960年代の日本では日本グランプリはツーリングカー/スポーツカー混走のローカルレースを意味しました。
Nowadays, Japan Gran Prix means a F1 Grand Prix Race held in Japan, but in 1960's, it means a local Touring/Sport car race.
富士スピードウェイ ヘアピン付近
現在首位を走るのはGP-IVクラスのニッサンR381 20号車の北野元、2位はGP-IIクラスのポルシェ910 28号車の生沢徹。
ニッサンR381のコーナー内側ウィングの迎角が大きくなっているのが分かります。

モデルはタミヤ製ニッサンR381の1/18のプラモデルです。今と違ってこのころのプラモデルの出来は例えタミヤ製といえどもこんなもんだったみたいです。私の技量では修正不可。

コーナー内側ウィングは大きな迎角。Nissan
R381。自前のV12エンジンが完成しなかったため。ムーンがチューンしたシボレーの5.5ℓV8エンジンを搭載していました。このエンジンは後にShadow
Racing CarでCan-AmやF1にチーム・オーナーとして挑戦したDon Nicholsを通じて購入したと伝えられています。

engine.
Don Nichols, later became
the owner of Shadow Racing Car, who challenged Can-Am series and F1 series,
worked as a broker in japan to buy the engine from United States.

生沢お手製のペインティング（てっぺんに日の丸）を施されたヘルメットが見えます。ドア前方にはこれまた生沢デザインの丹頂鶴のマークも見えます。
You may find the Rising Sun motif, taken
from the national flag of Japan on the top of the helmet.
You may also find the Japanese crane design, on the side sill in front of
the door.

生沢は背中にまでスポンサーロゴを入れています。プライベート参戦ですからスポンサーを大事にしていたことが分かります。

トトロのジオラマに取り掛かるところ、です。

本棚の上にはアイスクリーム屋さんのジオラマ。おじさんと子供たち。
隣の戸棚にはPC、絵の具、ツール・ボックス。

デスクの上にはモデルアートの筆塗りとパテの使い方特集。メガネにはレンズ嵌ってるの分かります？カッターにカッターマットは必需品。

筆塗り中。それらしく筆跡を残そうとしたんですが、残しすぎた。

三輪トラックにはお父さん、サツキとメイが机の下に隠れてます。メイちゃんとかの顔の幅は2〜3ミリ。娘に塗ってもらいました。さすが美大卒。老眼じゃ見えないもんね。
